If you use this Website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, password, and for restricting access to your computer or device. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account and password.

User Provided Information

Mind Body Lounge does not collect any personal information about individuals except when it is knowingly provided via the client registration form in order to make online purchases or undertake a session. Mind Body Lounge may use the information to contact you with important information.

Security Statement 

Mind Body Lounge makes every effort to ensure that all online transactions made on the website are secure. Mind Body Lounge uses the Wellness Living/Paragon Payment Gateway service which encrypts all debit and credit payment information. Online Bookings: All bookings made online are pre-paid. To purchase a single session or a series, clients can create an account by registering their details, selecting an item for purchase and making a booking. Please take note of the individual conditions of each option. Please note that all future prices are subject to change. Mind Body Lounge only accepts Mastercard and Visa.

Cancellation Policy

You may reschedule or cancel your appointment up until the close of business the day before your appointment without charge. Unfortunately, if you have a same day reschedule and or cancellation, this will incur a late cancellation fee of 50% of your sessions value. If any Member fails to show for their pre booked appointment, they will charged the full amount of the value of their pre-booked massage appointment.

Pricing Options

Session packs/passes are valid for 6 (182 days) or 12 months (365 days) from the date of purchase. Sessions are non-refundable however they are transferable and sharable between individuals. Sessions have no cash value or any other value outside of Mind Body Lounge Centre and are not redeemable for cash. For the avoidance of doubt, the sessions do not operate or serve as stored value facilities in any way.

Gift Cards

Gift cards must be presented in the centre in order to redeem them for a session. Mind Body Lounge is not responsible for sourcing the gift card number in their sales records should you fail to present your gift card. Gift Cards are strictly non-refundable and are valid for 12 months from the purchase date. Mind Body reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or hold gift cards and orders for suspected fraud, for cards mistakenly issued in an incorrect denomination, or for other violations of gift card policies.

Age Limit

You must be at least 16 years of age to undergo a session. If you are 16 or 17, you can register and use the Website, however a parent or guardian will be required to attend your scheduled appointment time to sign the client waiver in person on your behalf. 

Physical Readiness

Mind Body Lounge reserve the right to turn clients away if they do not have the correct medical clearance.

Sessions

For services where you need to get changed, Cryotherapy, Superhuman Protocol and Theralight or your fist session we ask you to please arrive 10mins early to allow your session to start at its booked time.

The terms and conditions stipulated in this document may be changed at any time. By using the Website, you agree to any revised changes. It is recommended that users review this document periodically to stay informed.

Acceptance of Terms

Use of the website signifies acceptance of the terms and conditions stipulated in this document, including any revised changes. If you do not agree to this, please refrain from using the Website.

Membership Terms: 

a) Membership Plan

A membership starts on the date that you sign up for a membership and submit payment via a valid Payment Method (defined below) or reactivate a pre-existing membership. Unless we otherwise communicate a different time period to you at the time of sign up or otherwise, each billing cycle is one fortnight in length (a “Membership Cycle“). Your Mind Body Lounge membership automatically renews each month, and we will automatically bill the monthly subscription fee to your Payment Method each month, until your subscription is cancelled or terminated. For example, if you purchase your Mind Body Lounge membership on October 8, your subscription will automatically renew on November 8. You must provide us with a current, valid, accepted method of payment. We may update the accepted methods from time to times. If you upgrade or downgrade to a different subscription, all such subscriptions will be governed by these Terms and will continue indefinitely until cancelled or terminated.

b) Membership Sessions

Depending on the membership plan you purchase, you will be allotted sessions to be used solely to book sessions at Mind Body Lounge. You can choose how you use your sessions across the various services available to you. Any sessions you don’t use during the applicable Membership Cycle will roll over into future months, unless we expressly communicate otherwise. Sessions are valid for 12 months (365 days) from the date of purchase. There will be no refund or payment for any unused amount. When your cycle automatically renews for the next month, you’ll automatically receive your new allotment of sessions. If you have any questions about how to use your sessions, please contact us and we can help you. Sessions are non-refundable however they are transferable and sharable between individuals. Sessions have no cash value or any other value outside of Mind Body Lounge and are not redeemable for cash. For the avoidance of doubt, the sessions do not operate or serve as stored value facilities in any way.

c) Membership Cycle

When you sign up and purchase your Mind Body Lounge membership, your first Membership Cycle will be billed immediately. Unless we expressly communicate otherwise, your membership will automatically renew each month. We reserve the right to change the timing of our billing (and if we do, we’ll make adjustments to the amounts we charge, as appropriate).

d) Price Changes

We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time. Unless we expressly communicate otherwise, any price changes to your membership will take effect on your next billing cycle upon notice communicated through a posting on the Mind Body Lounge website or mobile application or such other means as we may deem appropriate from time to time, such as email. Mind Body Lounge will provide advance notice of a price increase before it becomes effective (other than any increases due to legal or tax requirements such as the application of GST) by posting a notification on the Site, sending an email or such other means as Mind Body Lounge reasonably determines. If you do not cancel your membership, you will be deemed to have accepted these new fees.

e) Payment Methods

You may edit your Payment Method information by logging onto our website or mobile app and editing it in your account settings. If a payment is not successfully settled due to expiration, insufficient funds or otherwise, you nonetheless will remain responsible for any uncollected amounts and authorise us to continue billing the Payment Method or any other payment method you have provided, as it may be updated, including in the event you attempt to create a new account, reactive the unsettled account or sign up for a new account. This may result in a change to your payment billing dates. If we cannot charge your account, we reserve the right, but are not obligated, to terminate your access to our Site or any portion thereof.

f) Cancellation of Membership

Minimum term of 12 weeks. Membership can be cancelled at any time after the minimum term via email with 5 business days notice. Can be paused, after the minimum 12 week term is served, at any time for a minimum of 1 week and a maximum of 10 weeks per year via email.

g) Termination or Modification by Mind Body Lounge

You understand and agree that, at any time and without prior notice Mind Body Lounge may (1) terminate, cancel, deactivate, disable, delete and/or suspend your membership, your account, any bookings placed, or your access to or use of the Site, your membership and/or sessions and/or (2) discontinue, disable, suspend, modify or alter any aspect, feature or policy of the Site, including of your membership. This includes the right to terminate or modify any membership prior to the end of any pre-paid or committed period. Upon any termination or otherwise, we may immediately deactivate your account and all related information and/or bar any further access to your account information and the Site. Mind Body Lounge shall have no liability for, and you shall have no recourse for, any such termination or deactivation, except as set forth in the following sentence.
