Airpod Hydroxy Therapy
Floods your body with concentrated oxygen and hydrogen, accelerating recovery, improving focus, and reducing chronic inflammation.
What is Airpod Hydroxy?
Mild hyperbaric oxygen and molecular hydrogen, combined in one comfortable pressurised pod.
AirPod Hydroxy combines mild hyperbaric oxygen therapy (mHBOT) with 2% hydrogen, a powerful antioxidant. You step into a comfortable pressurised pod that increases oxygen absorption and delivers anti-inflammatory hydrogen molecules — working at a cellular level to reduce pain, boost healing, and slow down ageing.
Sessions are non-invasive, comfortable, and deeply restorative. You’ll feel the difference in your energy, sleep, and mental clarity — sometimes after just one session.

Got questions?
We’ve answered the key ones to help you book your first session with confidence.
Not quite. Medical hyperbaric oxygen therapy is delivered in hospitals at high pressure for specific diagnosed conditions. Our Airpod is a mild hyperbaric chamber — lower pressure, used for general wellbeing and recovery rather than medical treatment. If you’ve been referred for clinical HBOT, you’ll need a hospital facility, and we’ll happily point you in the right direction.
For general wellbeing, most people find once or twice a week works well. Some do a concentrated block of sessions across a fortnight and then taper to maintenance. There’s no benefit in overdoing it — consistency matters more than volume. We’ll suggest a rhythm after your first session based on what you’re using it for.
A one-hour Airpod session is $75. It’s also included in our weekly memberships, which start at $69.95 — so if you’re coming in more than once a week, a membership works out cheaper, and Airpod pairs naturally with sauna or red light in the same visit.
You’ll lie or sit comfortably inside the chamber for around an hour, breathing normally. You’ll feel a gentle pressure change in your ears as it starts, like taking off in a plane — swallowing or yawning clears it. Most people read, listen to something, or doze. You can see and talk to us the whole time.
The chamber is clear and you can see out, which suits most people who’d normally find enclosed spaces difficult — and we can stop at any point. It isn’t suitable if you have an untreated collapsed lung, certain ear or sinus conditions, or a recent chest injury. If you’re pregnant, have epilepsy, or are being treated for a lung or heart condition, check with your GP first.
We’d love to hear from you
